English Language Teacher

About the Role
We are looking for a skilled and motivated English Language Teacher to join our team.
This role goes beyond traditional teaching — we are looking for someone who can help build, organize, and strengthen the company’s internal English direction by combining strong teaching expertise, assessment skills, and a systematic approach to learning and communication.
The ideal candidate is able to:
- teach learners from beginner to advanced levels,
- conduct structured language assessments,
- develop and improve learning methodology,
- organize educational processes inside the company,
- adapt learning approaches to different specialists and teams,
- contribute to building a scalable English-learning environment.
Please note: this is a fully office-based role in Lviv.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct English language classes for learners ranging from A1 to C1 proficiency levels;
- Perform interviews and assessments to evaluate the English proficiency of company specialists and job candidates;
- Organize and develop the company’s internal English direction and educational processes;
- Build and improve teaching methodology, learning structures, and assessment approaches;
- Develop and adapt engaging lesson plans, learning materials, and practical language exercises;
- Translate documents accurately while maintaining attention to detail and cultural nuances;
- Collaborate with teams and stakeholders to align language learning with business and communication needs;
- Use modern learning tools, online platforms, and AI-assisted workflows to improve teaching effectiveness.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in English, Linguistics, Translation, or a related field;
- English proficiency at CEFR C1–C2 level;
- 2+ years of teaching experience across various proficiency levels;
- Experience conducting language assessments and proficiency interviews;
- Strong translation skills with high accuracy and cultural awareness;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- Strong organizational and time management abilities;
- Ability to think systematically and build structured learning processes;
- Experience organizing or coordinating educational initiatives will be a strong advantage.
Nice to Have
- TEFL / TESOL / CELTA certification;
- Experience building internal learning systems or English programs;
- Familiarity with modern teaching methodologies and online learning platforms;
- Experience using AI tools to support lesson preparation, assessments, or content creation;
- Experience working in technical or engineering-oriented environments.
