About the Role
We are looking for a Junior+ Full Stack Developer with solid practical development skills, ownership mindset, and willingness to grow in a fast-moving environment.
This role focuses primarily on backend development, integrations, and automation. You will work closely with business stakeholders, automate real operational processes, and see direct impact from your work.
Please note: this is an office-based role in Lviv.
Requirements
- 1.5+ years of development experience;
- Good knowledge of JavaScript and React;
- Good knowledge of at least one backend language:
- Ruby (preferred),
- Node.js,
- or Python;
- Willingness to learn Ruby and work with existing Ruby services;
- Experience working with APIs and third-party integrations;
- Basic understanding of relational databases and Git;
- Ability to independently handle small-to-medium tasks.
Will Be a Plus
- Experience with automation tools (n8n, Make, Zapier, etc.);
- Experience with AWS;
- Experience using AI-powered developer tools (Cursor, Windsurf, Copilot, ChatGPT, etc.);
- Portfolio, GitHub profile, or live projects to showcase your work.
What Will You Be Doing?
- Develop backend services and internal tools to automate business processes;
- Build and maintain integrations between different systems and APIs;
- Maintain and improve existing internal systems and automations;
- Occasionally work with frontend tasks and existing UI code when needed;
- Work in small project teams (usually 3-4 developers) with active communication across departments;
- Participate in code reviews, testing, and iterative improvements;
- Receive fast and direct feedback from internal users.
